Who is behind Noon, and where does it take place?
Noon was founded by Hina Siddiqui, a NASM-certified trainer from San Francisco, California. She has been a personal fitness consultant to technology executives across California’s Bay Area since 2018. Now in India, she is bringing that experience to her own venture, Noon.
Noon brings together exercise, personalised nutrition and psychologist-led group conversations. The programme is hosted at DLF Thrive, DLF Summit Plaza, Gurgaon. Noon provides the programme and member experience; DLF Thrive is the host venue.
Is Noon right for me?
Noon welcomes women aged 35 and above in perimenopause or menopause, or who think they may be. You don’t need a diagnosis to join. We begin with a one-to-one conversation about your needs.
I’ve never trained. Can I join?
Yes. Sessions are adaptable, with easier and harder versions of exercises. You work at your own level. We review readiness and any relevant doctor’s advice before you begin.
What is included in my membership?
The three-month programme includes five coached weekday classes, personalised online nutrition guidance with regular check-ins, the fortnightly Noon Circle, and baseline and three-month progress reviews.
When and where does it begin?
Classes begin on Monday, 11 January 2027 at DLF Thrive, DLF Summit Plaza, Gurgaon. Sessions run Monday to Friday, 10–11 AM IST. Onboarding takes place before classes start.
Why is the first group limited to 15?
We’re keeping the first cohort small so each member can receive personal attention. Once the programme begins, members do not join part-way through.
How much does the programme cost?
Contact the Noon team for membership pricing and availability. We’ll explain what’s included and answer your questions before you decide.
Is Noon medical treatment?
No. Noon is a fitness and wellbeing programme. It does not diagnose or treat conditions or replace medical care. Your own doctor decides which tests, treatments and exercise precautions are right for you. Breathwork and sound healing are offered as restful sessions, not menopause treatments.
What if I miss a class?
Join the next class in the programme. Missed classes are not made up individually, credited or refunded. If Noon cancels a class, it will be rescheduled.
What are the payment and deferral terms?
The programme fee is paid in full at sign-up and is non-refundable. If you miss two or more consecutive weeks for medical reasons or a serious family emergency, the supplied member agreement allows your remaining weeks to be completed in the next Noon batch within six months, with supporting documentation. Contact the team to discuss your situation.
I’m not sure I’m in perimenopause. Can I still enquire?
Yes. You do not need a diagnosis to enquire or join. Noon welcomes women aged 35 and above navigating midlife changes. We discuss your goals and exercise readiness; your doctor can help you understand symptoms or changes in your periods.
What happens on a day when I’m tired or uncomfortable?
Tell your coach before the session. Exercises can be adapted to your starting point and relevant medical advice. You do not have to keep pace with someone else. If you feel unwell or develop new or concerning symptoms, pause and seek appropriate medical advice.
Is Noon mainly a weight-loss programme?
Noon focuses on coached movement, nutrition, connection and your personal goals. The Noon Index looks at fitness and how you feel as well as body measurements. There are no promised weight-loss or symptom outcomes.
Do I have to share personal things in the Circle?
No. You may share, ask a question or simply listen. Participation in conversation is your choice.
Can I join while receiving treatment from my doctor?
Discuss your plans with your doctor and share any relevant exercise restrictions with the Noon team. We follow their advice within the programme. Noon does not prescribe, interpret medical tests or change treatment.
Will other members see my measurements or answers?
Individual member records are accessible to you and authorised Noon administrators, not other members. The free public check-in is separate: its answers stay in the open page and are not sent to Noon. You choose whether to print or save your summary.
Can the free check-in tell me whether I’m in menopause?
No. It helps you reflect on your recent wellbeing and priorities. It does not identify your menopause stage, diagnose a condition or clear you to exercise. It is based on Noon’s own wellbeing form, not a validated diagnostic questionnaire.
When should I speak to a doctor?
If symptoms are new, persistent, worsening or affecting daily life, speak to your doctor. Bleeding after 12 months without periods should be checked, even if it happens only once. Do not wait for a Noon enquiry response for urgent health concerns. Read NHS guidance ↗
What is in the member area?
Approved members can access the complete Noon guides, programme calendar, measurement pack and member agreement using an email and password. The private library also includes educational handouts and checklists to prepare for conversations with your own doctor, with original PDFs available to download. Medical testing remains your doctor’s decision; Noon does not interpret medical reports.
